We review each candidate’s background, past projects, and core technical qualifications. We're looking for signals of long-term growth, strong fundamentals, and a passion for building real products.

Technical Aptitude Test
Qualified applicants take a structured coding assessment focused on problem-solving, logic, and clean code. We measure how they approach challenges, not just if they get the “right” answer.

Interview & Communication Screening
Candidates complete an interview focused on communication, collaboration, and adaptability. We evaluate how well they explain ideas, take feedback, and operate in a team setting.

7–8 Month Internal Training Program
Selected candidates join our internal training pipeline. They work in small squads to build real apps, complete code reviews, and receive mentorship from senior engineers. They also practice client-ready communication and delivery.

Final Evaluation
At the end of training, each candidate must pass a hands-on assessment modeled after real client expectations, covering code quality, delivery speed, collaboration, and product thinking.
